About Meera Jani, D.C.
Dr. Meera Jani’s mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Jani have created a practice that she believes in and choose for her own family members. Looking beyond the obvious symptoms, she focuses on the underlying cause of discomfort in order to bring true relief, prevention, and ideally optimal health.
Dr. Meera Jani is Licensed by the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has been in practice with over 14 years of experience. Dr. Jani graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, California in 2000. In addition, she has completed her post graduate studies in Spinal Trauma through the International Chiropractic Association of California (ICAC), and is certified by the State of California as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME).
Dr. Jani is also proficient in the Webster Technique, which is a chiropractic analysis and adjustment for the pregnant women that reduces interference to the nervous system and balances pelvic muscles and ligaments. This in turn, reduces torsion in the uterus, and allows the baby to move naturally into the best possible position for birth, thus reducing back pain, labor time and need for medications during childbirth.
Dr. Jani’s extensive knowledge and experience in chiropractic and rehab treatments have helped many patients lead a very happy, healthy and pain free life without the need for prescription medications or surgery.
Furtheremore, as a certified QME, Dr. Jani is able handle difficult Worker’s Compensation cases by conducting a thorough examination, developing a detailed treatment plan, and reporting results in timely manner so that the injured worker can be successfully treated and return to work faster.
For her patient’s convenience, she accept most health insurances and is part of the MPN for many workers compensation insurance carriers.
